Jack Dorsey revealed the new emoji at 1:21 am (WAT) following the blackout that rocked the social media platform all through last night, 15 October 2020.

Recall the tech giant tweeted support for the #EndSARS protests calling for an end to police brutality and also for Bitcoin donations towards the movement two days ago.
