Carlo Ancelotti has named a star-studded best XI of the players he has managed in his illustrious career.
The Italian has managed the best of Europe’s elite clubs, including Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, PSG, and Juventus.
In his lineup, the now-Everton manager picked two Chelsea legends in Frank Lampard and John Terry, with players he managed during his time in Italy dominating the list.
Gianluigi Buffon was his obvious choice in goal, with Paolo Maldini, Thiago Silva, and Cafu joining Terry in defense.
Current Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane leads the Italian’s midfield alongside Lampard, and Andrea Pirlo, who starred for both AC Milan and Juventus.
Brazilian legend Kaka and Andriy Shevchenko, both of whom he managed at AC Milan winning eight titles too got a nod in his team.
Upfront, Ancelotti has picked Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and interestingly there is no place for Cristiano Ronaldo, whom he managed at Real Madrid.
