A video which is making the rounds on social media shows the moment a fuel seller rejected 100 dollars from a man.
There were two black market petrol sellers in the video, and the man who purchased some for his car handed them a $100 bill.
But they rejected it, and he pushed further for them to accept it while stating the amount he was offering with emphasis. One of the sellers responded by saying; Oga this wan no be money.
The motorist asked them how many litres of petrol that was put in his car and one said 20 litres. In response, the man told them to take the dollars and give him change.
