Serie A giants Napoli is set to raid Arsenal for the services of strikers Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.
Reports from Calcio Napoli 24 indicates that Napoli boss Gennaro Gattuso is looking for a striker and is a big admirer of the league’s current top scorer Ciro Immobile but the player isn’t expected to leave Lazio who are not willing the sell them player to a direct rival.
Gattuso is said to have shifted attention to Aubameyang and Lacazette as he feels they will come at a cheaper price since their contracts are set to expire at the end of the season. Arsenal may have to cash in on the attackers this season as they risk losing the pair for free.
Aubameyang, for instance, has constantly been linked with a move away from the club as he feels he wants to win more trophies in his career; the player having been linked with a move to Barcelona, Real Madrid, AC Milan and even Manchester United.
Losing Aubameyang would be a big blow for Arsenal with their captain having hit 17 goals in this season before the coronavirus break.
For Lacazette, The Frenchman is said to be frustrated by lack of enough playing time at the club with the player having been linked with a return to France.
